GENERAL SHIPPING
 
All payment confirmation received after 4 p.m. WIB will be processed on the next day. Shipping process may also take 1-2 days during the hectic period/unforeseen circumstances. The tracking number will automatically be sent to your phone number by SMS from SICEPAT 1 day after we ship your item. If you don't receive this tracking number, please go to your order confirmation email and double-check the phone number that you've input. WITH LOVE does not process or ship orders on Sundays/Holidays. WITH LOVE is not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages.
WITH LOVE warehouse is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
We ship to nationwide using SICEPAT (sicepat.com) and GOJEK Same Day courier (CLICK HERE FOR MORE INFO ABOUT GOJEK SAME DAY) for JADETABEK. If you would like us to ship to your location that is not on the list, kindly email us (ask@withlovethebrand.com) or directly Line us (@withlovethebrand) or Whatsapp (+6281343055144).

RETURN POLICY
 
We offer a return/exchange service for you so you can try your products at home!
To be eligible for a 'Try It At Home' policy, you must purchase the item first (via web/chat). And after you receive the item, if you want to exchange the size or if the item that you received is not as you expected, you may return/exchange the item to us.
For return and exchange, you must contact us before sending back your item. WITH LOVE accepts unwashed and undamaged merchandise, with tags attached, for a full refund within 7 days after you received the item. Accessories, swimwear and lingeries are non-refundable/exchangeable. ALL SALE ITEMS are non-refundable (you can exchange it with another size/item). We have the right to deny refund if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
  
All return expenses are paid by the customer.
  
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
 
1) Directly contact us through Line/WhatsApp/Email with subject "Return Item" (with garment name).
2) Please note the reason for the return or exchange on the invoice--e.g. wrong
sizing, just don’t like it, etc. 
3) We'll guide you on the return address and how to send the item back to us.
4) Please inspect the item before you return it to us. If you find any flaws and damage on your item, do notify us beforehand.
5) All returned item must be shipped within 7 days after you receive the item. Please send us your tracking number/receipt as proof. All shipment that exceeds our 7 days policy will automatically be declined.
6) For refund item: we will need a picture of you wearing our product, let us know which part of it that you don't like. If there's some part of the clothes that you feel is too revealing, feel free to sensor it but still do send us the picture for our feedback. Return item without picture and feedback will not be approved.
7) Once your return is received and inspected, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. Any damage we find that the customer didn't notify to us first, will be marked 'damaged by the customer' and will be denied refund and exchange.
If you are approved, then your refund and exchange will be processed, and a full credit will automatically be applied to your bank account, within 1-5 days.
 
International Return and Exchange Policy
 
We only provide an exchange for International shipment. If there's nothing that interests you at the moment, we can only give a refund in terms of store credit. We'll try our best to QC all items before shipment but in case if you received any faulty item, we can only refund it in a form of store credit or give you a discount for your next purchase.
  
Late or missing refunds 
 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
