Prices shown on our web store are in Indonesia Rupiahs (IDR).

If we notice that you are or have been related in prohibited activities or violated our Terms and Conditions, we may deny you access to this web store on temporary or permanent basis. We are not responsible for losses not caused by our faults or indirect losses caused by shipping company or force major. We will be responsible for your losses only if we violate our Terms and Conditions.
You agree to compensate us fully, defend us and hold us WITH LOVE THE BRAND harmless immediately on demand, its directors and officers, from and against all liabilities, claims, expenses, damages and losses, including legal fees, arising from any violation of the Terms and Conditions by you including the use by any other persons accessing this Site using your internet account caused by your action or inaction.
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE
These are the terms and conditions of our agreement which apply to all purchases of products by you from WITHLOVETHEBRAND.COM and you should read them carefully. We may vary these terms from time to time and therefore you should check them before you make a new purchase.
You can submit an order for products to WITHLOVETHEBRAND.COM by completing the details required on the order summary page and clicking the “Place Order” button. All prices are reflected in IDR and include VAT where applicable, excluding delivery and handling fee to locations in Indonesia. We are under no obligation to accept your order, but would normally do so where the product is available, the order reflects current pricing.
Availabilities of our products are as displayed on the products details. Please note that items in your shopping bag are not reserved as products in high demand may sell out really quickly. You have to proceed to checkout and place your order to make sure your order is processed.
Make sure you check your order before confirming it. You cannot add more items to your shopping bag ONCE you have checked them out. We cannot modify/add the products for you.
ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER
We will notify you of our acceptance of your order by email shortly after we receive it and at that point a binding agreement between us will be in place on these terms and conditions. If we do not accept your order for any reason or the price of the product has increased between the time of the order and our acceptance of it (or if a supplementary delivery charge applies), we will email you to advise you of the change. You will then need to resubmit your order.
Payment via bank transfer and credit card (Master Card and VISA via DOKU) are acceptable for order via this site.
For standard delivery we will charge your account for payment at the time that the order is dispatched for delivery to you. We take every reasonable care to ensure that your order and subsequent transactions are conducted via a secure link. As we are not responsible for the operation of the secure link we will not, unless we are negligent, be liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorised access to any information you provide via such link. If products are not available for any reason after we have accepted your order, we will let you know. We will not charge you for these products and will refund any amounts already paid (if any).
Order is final once payment is made. It is adviced to keep your transaction proof, just in case.
If payment has not been made 2x24 hour, your order will be cancelled and you will have to resubmit your order.
You will be sent an email of your invoice once your payment has been successfully processed. Max. 1 day after you make your payment.
We ship to nationwide using SICEPAT (Sicepat.co.id) and GOJEK courier service from Jakarta, Indonesia. When placing your order, please take into consideration that ALL shipment will be proceed 1-2 business days after we received your payment confirmation. WITH LOVE does not process or ship orders on Saturdays/Sundays/Holidays. We will ship your purchased item(s) once we have received the confirmation of your payment. Please kindly note we are unable to ship if problems occurred regarding the payment. You will be sent an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
REFUND & EXCHANGE
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange the items within 7 business days after the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as accessories, swimwear and lingeries are not refundable. We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
Only 1 exchange is permitted after the original order has been placed. This applies to all orders through www.withlovethebrand.com.
These exchange policies are not applied to Sale items. All sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
HOW TO ORDER
- Browse our products by clicking SHOP THE COLLECTION located on the header and/or footer of our web store. Click the images of the item you wish to purchase for more detailed information.
Once you have found an item you wish to purchase, specify the amount you want, and click “ADD TO CART” button. You will be directed to your shopping cart. If you wish to continue browsing our products, click "CONTINUE SHOPPING".
You can remove the item(s) you do not wish to check out by clicking "REMOVE FROM CART" or if you wish to remove all the items inside your shopping cart, simply click "CLEAR SHOPPING CART"
- If you have finished reviewing the list of item(s) that you have selected to purchase, click "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT". Product availability is not guaranteed before you confirm your order.
- For return customers, you would be asked to sign in before you can process your order furthermore. For new customers, simply click on "REGISTER" to create your account.
Choose and Review your address, shipping method, and payment method. After you have made sure every details needed is correct, click “PLACE ORDER” to finalize your order.
*You can use your Billing Address as your Shipping Address by ticking the "Ship To This Address" box
An Order Confirmation page will be generated, together with your order ID. Details of your order confirmation, payment confirmation, and delivery confirmation will be sent to your registered email, or can be viewed in your account in the Order History.
MY ORDER ID
ORDER ID is a random digits reference number that will be generated after you submit your order. You will need your ORDER ID to confirm your payment and to check your order status.

Yes, you need to register for an account to checkout your order. It will not only facilitate you in placing your orders but also give you more benefits such as receiving newsletters, updates, and special offers from us. It is important that you provide current, detailed, and accurate information to us on your account.

You will receive an e-mail confirmation with your order details if your order is successfully placed. MODIFY AND CANCEL ORDER
Please review your order before confirming it. Once payment is received, we cannot cancel your order as it is final and has already been processed for delivery. If you wish to cancel your order before you made a payment, please email us reason(s) of your cancelation and we will cancel it for you.
